Providers are responsible for:

• Setting accurate availability, pricing, and policies
• Delivering childcare services independently of DaycareConnect

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers. DaycareConnect does not store full payment details.

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

DaycareConnect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with childcare providers found through our service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
